Stacy Nockowitz is a national speaker on many aspects of educational technology and information literacy, including helping students to develop a positive digital footprint and integrating web tools into the curriculum. Ms. Nockowitz has been involved in education for over 20 years, first as a classroom teacher and currently as the middle school librarian at The Columbus Academy in Gahanna, Ohio. She received her Bachelor's Degree from Brandeis University and her Master's Degree from Columbia University, Teachers College. Ms. Nockowitz's blog, Some Novel Ideas, has received national recognition for its in-depth reviews of Young Adult literature and its contribution to the field of educational technology.
