Roger Minier, Ph.D.

Roger Minier is director of NWOET (Northwest Ohio Educational Technology), an EdTech agency serving over 100 schools in northwest and west central Ohio with professional development in the use of classroom technology, online resources, online and blended learning strategies and technology for students with special needs. He has developed or taught over 40 online courses at the graduate level at Bowling Green State University, and held an adjunct position at the University of Toledo. As a high school teacher for over 10 years, Dr. Minier taught courses including AP Chemistry, AP Physics, computer sciences, served as district tech coordinator and as a resource for teachers of students with special needs. He has post graduate work in physics, chemistry, educational administration, assertive discipline and educational psychology, with a Ph.D. in curriculum and instruction from the University of Toledo.
