Dave Philibin, a Youngstown resident, is a retired educator (teacher and administrator) working as a 21st Century learning consultant for Western Reserve Public Media in Kent, Ohio. Dave has provided training to several grant-funded, ARRA funded building teams from the northeastern Ohio area, as well as support training for eTech Ohio’s 21st Century learning program. Philibin develops and delivers training programs to districts both at the 21st Century Learning Center in Kent as well as at district locations. Dave is a Google certified trainer as well as fluent in the integration and application of handheld devices, specifically iPads and iPod Touch, in area districts.
