After spending 10 years working in Payroll and Human Resources for a transportation company, Mary Hodge found a home as a Project Manager at Datacom Specialists. After leading a software conversion team in 2008, she fell in love with technology. This brought her to seek a degree in Management of Technology and secure her position in the Cincinnati based IT company. She currently manages a team of 6 technicians who oversee a network for 10,000 users in a K-12 organization: Oak Hills Local School District. She believes that to be successful in this position, it is necessary to maintain positive relationships with all staff in the district and make the needs of students a high priority.
