Twitter and Blogging for Subject Related Learning Communities
Can Twitter improve student reading and writing? In this session, I will talk about my students use of Twitter for independent learning. In an ongoing project in my classroom I am having students create a learning network around a subject they are interested in order to inspire writing on Twitter and a website or blog to contribute their writing to relevent and real world issues in a subject they're passionate about.
