In 2011, Eastwood Local Schools began the process of evaluating whether or not the district should implement a 1:1 learning program in the district. After engaging district stakeholders and researching other districts, the shift to focusing on a comprehensive eLearning program centered on increasing staff capabilities as well as a 1:1 laptop initiative emerged.
