Building Mobile Apps with App Inventor

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

The goal of this BYOT workshop is to expose educators to the MIT App Inventor software platform. App Inventor uses a simple block style language that makes it easy for non-programmers to quickly learn how to build apps. Yet App Inventor is also powerful enough to teach the newly proposed AP Computer Science Principles course. No prior programming experience is required. You will create several small apps on your computer and do not need an Android device in order to use App Inventor.
