Incorporating copyrighted materials into instruction can vastly improve the quality of instruction. This session will provide administrators and educators with a better understanding of those provisions in the copyright law which apply to the use of copyrighted materials in the classroom. The doctrine of "fair use", guidelines and the TEACH Act of 2002 will be discussed in this session.
