For the 15th anniversary of OETC, join more than 6,000 attendees to explore the endless possibilities that distance learning and alternative learning models provide. Attendees will come together to teach and learn about new ways to equip, engage, and empower learners and educators across the state and beyond!
This session will begin with an overview and introduction on ways to evaluate student skills and readiness for online learning. The importance of the development of measurable course objectives and how to select appropriate assessment measures to evaluate student success in online learning will be discussed. The presenters will conclude with strategies on how to improve and sustain learner engagement during the course and beyond. Specific examples in each of these areas will be presented.
