The preparation and integration of video-podcast technology as well as interactive, electronic texts for students are discussed in this session: how to prepare video-podcasts, where to find electronic and online-interactive texts and why it is worth the investment of time and energy integrating these into the modern science classroom--here, now. Special emphasis is placed on identifying and overcoming obstacles and challenges to the 'flipped classroom'.
