In this session, rookie Technology Coordinator JC Elgin surveys the role of technology support staff in the public K12 environment. From irate teachers, to combating rogue IT, from developing a technology vision to simply not getting fired, this session addresses the technology resources and skill sets that are required and developed during your first year as a technology coordinator. Participants will get a taste of what technology support entails.
