We will discuss the prevalence of Cyber Bullying and how to distinguish the difference between Cyber Bullying and Bad Behavior. We will also cover key aspects in prevention and when intervention is necessary. In addition, we will discuss the difference between in school speech and out of school speech when it is applied to on-line statements. We will finish with identifying the criminal aspects of Cyber Bullying and when it is appropriate to involve Law Enforcement.
