The Biggest Story Problem is an award-winning independent documentary that interweaves the story of Scott Laidlaw, teacher and creator of Ko’s Journey, an online math game; the stories of teachers taking part in a pilot project; and the state of math education in the US. Bring your lunch to join us for a screening, an inspiring look into middle-school math classrooms and the workings of the human brain, followed by a lively discussion in the session that follows.
