Understanding the Teacher Evaluation Rubric (OTES)

This session will focus on the teacher performance standards nationally and pay particular attention to the OTES rubric. Looking at the OTES rubric we will explore how Lightning Grader, a web-based application that grades web assessments and/or 100 pages a minute, helps teachers and administrators create and administer common assessments and provide data on performance to meet and exceed OTES rubric metrics.
