As Director of Information Technology for Dayton Public Schools, Dr. Melson is responsible for the information technology, educational technology and media services programs for the district. He has also held various positions in the information technology department of a manufacturer of book specialty items. Richard is also a certified training and consultant in Leadership and Development – Lab 1 & II.
